Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once a purchase has been completed and your digital product has been delivered or made available for download, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Accidental purchases
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Change of mind
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Incompatibility with your device (unless otherwise stated)
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us. We are happy to assist with download or delivery issues but cannot issue refunds for successfully delivered digital products.
